## How SuperBot answers questions

SuperBot uses a layered retrieval system:
1. **Training Q&A** — exact matches from questions you've manually answered
2. **Knowledge sources** — grounded snippets from URLs, pasted text, and documents
3. **Help articles** — published articles included in retrieval
4. **Constrained AI** — a bounded model reply when no source matches
5. **Human handoff** — when confidence is low, the chat waits for a human
