Common questions about the program.
Who is the affiliate program for?
The program is intended for creators, agencies, consultants, course authors, newsletter writers, and others whose audience operates websites. Applications are reviewed in PartnerStack.
How does the 25% recurring work?
You earn 25% of every payment the customer makes, for the lifetime of the account. So a $25/mo customer on Starter pays you $6.25/mo, and a $60/mo Pro customer pays you $15/mo — every month, for as long as they keep paying SuperBot. There is no cut-off month.
When and how do I get paid?
At the end of each month PartnerStack totals your eligible commissions and makes them available to cash out. Payments are verified and paid the month after the commission is earned — so a commission earned in January is paid out in February. Your balance, threshold, and available payout methods are shown in your PartnerStack account; provider and program terms apply.
Do you provide marketing materials?
Available promotional materials are shown in PartnerStack. Approved partners can contact the SuperBot team to discuss additional campaign materials; availability is not guaranteed.
Can I be an affiliate and a customer?
Yes, subject to the referral and self-referral rules displayed in the program terms. Approved partners receive their referral link through PartnerStack.
Is there a cost to join?
No. The program is free to apply to and free to be in. We only pay out when you generate a real paying customer.
