Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from the billing page in your dashboard. Lemon Squeezy handles the change and prorates it automatically, so you are never double-charged.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. There is no trial to expire — you move to Starter or Pro only when you choose to, billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time.
What counts as a conversation?
One continuous widget thread between a visitor and SuperBot, including any replies your team sends from the shared inbox. The meter counts threads started in the calendar month, not individual messages, and follow-up messages in an existing thread are free.
Are there per-seat or per-agent fees?
No. Billing is per workspace. Invite your whole team on any plan — we never charge per agent, per channel, or per action.
What happens if I exceed my plan's conversations?
New threads still open and still land in your inbox, but SuperBot stops generating AI answers and shows your configured human support options instead. Your team can keep replying by hand. AI answers resume when the month resets or as soon as you upgrade — we never silently bill you for overage.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Yearly billing saves 20%: Starter is $240 a year (effectively $20/mo) and Pro is $576 a year (effectively $48/mo).
Which features are locked behind a paid plan?
Only the widget badge. Free shows a linked "Powered by SuperBot" badge; Starter and Pro let you customize or remove it. Every other capability — the AI agent, shared inbox, analytics, CRM, integrations, automations, and webhooks — is on every plan.
Who processes payments?
Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. It collects and remits sales tax and VAT, and subscription management lives on its customer portal, linked from your dashboard billing page.
