Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time — plan changes are handled through our secure billing portal, with proration handled automatically by our payment provider so you're never double-charged.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. Upgrade to Starter or Pro whenever you're ready — billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time.

What counts as a 'conversation'?

A conversation is one continuous website-widget thread between a visitor and SuperBot, including any human replies. Resolved and abandoned threads both count.

Are there per-seat or per-agent fees?

No. Your entire team is included on every plan. We don't bill per agent, per channel, or per action.

What happens if I exceed my plan's conversations?

When you hit your monthly limit the AI stops answering, and new chats are still saved to your inbox — visitors see your configured human support options instead of AI replies. Everything resumes when the month resets or you upgrade. We never silently overcharge you.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Yearly billing saves 20% on Starter and Pro: Starter is $240/year and Pro is $576/year.
