§ 01

Service scope

SuperBot provides AI customer-support tools for business websites — chat, training sources, handoff, lead capture, analytics, workflow automation, billing, and workspace management.

§ 02

Free plan access

Every account includes a free-forever plan — no trial and no credit card required to start. Access may be limited, suspended, or ended if the workspace is used for abuse, spam, security testing without permission, or unlawful activity.

§ 03

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, team access, workspace configuration, and all activity performed through your account.

§ 04

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you provide — training sources, settings, pasted text, fetched public-page content, product details, published articles, and conversation records. You grant SuperBot the rights needed to operate the service for your workspace.

§ 05

AI outputs

AI-generated answers are useful but may need human review for high-stakes topics. You are responsible for configuring sources, escalation rules, disclaimers, and workflows appropriate for your business.

§ 06

Acceptable use

You may not use SuperBot to break laws, impersonate others, process data without permission, send spam, create deceptive communications, attack systems, or generate harmful content.

§ 07

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance: Starter at $25/month and Pro at $60/month, or yearly at a 20% discount, unless cancelled. The Free plan remains free. Taxes, payment-processor rules, failed-payment handling, refunds, and renewal timing may vary by location and provider.

§ 08

Cancellations

You can cancel from your workspace or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past billing periods unless required by law or agreed in writing.

§ 09

Integrations

Third-party platforms (commerce, CRM, email, payments, messaging, analytics) have their own terms. You are responsible for authorizing and using integrations appropriately.

§ 10

Availability

We work to keep SuperBot reliable, but no online service is perfect. Maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, network failures, or security events may affect availability.

§ 11

Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public information received through the service relationship — credentials, implementation details, business data, and customer records.

§ 12

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, security risk, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

§ 13

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from service use.

§ 14

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page or communicated through reasonable product or account notices.
