A grounded AI agent, a shared inbox with real human handoff, knowledge training, operator analytics, automations and integrations, plus CRM, scheduling, invoicing, and email — one product, nothing locked behind a tier.
These are not add-ons or upsells. Every capability below is in the product the day you sign up.
SuperBot bundles what a small team otherwise buys separately: an AI agent grounded in your own content, a shared inbox with human handoff, knowledge training, operator analytics, event automations and integrations, back-office modules for CRM, scheduling, invoicing, loyalty and email, and the roles, SLA targets, and exports needed to run it all.
Answers grounded in your training, knowledge, and articles — scoped to your business.
Training matches first, then knowledge and articles, then a constrained model reply.
Low-confidence answers hand off to your team instead of inventing policy.
Set the greeting, response length, emoji use, and system prompt in Settings.
Set staffed hours, timezone, and what the agent does after hours.
Collect visitor details mid-chat and push them to your CRM.
Localized widget labels and customer-facing replies, selectable per site.
Train the agent on real sources you own and control.
Paste a page URL — SuperBot extracts the text and grounds answers in it.
Add help text, policies, and product detail as knowledge sources.
Add products in the dashboard for catalog-aware answers.
Exact answers for the questions you field most often.
Publish articles that are included in retrieval.
Refetch a URL source whenever that page changes.
Every widget conversation in one place, with real team handoff.
Every widget conversation lands in the same inbox.
Set an owner and a priority on any thread.
Your operators reply as themselves, not a generic “Team” label.
Open, pending, and closed — filter down to what needs attention.
Send images alongside agent replies.
The dashboard inbox is responsive, so phone shifts work.
Escalations that wait for a real teammate — with the full transcript attached.
Visitors see a system wait notice, never a faked agent reply.
Everything the visitor said is already in the inbox thread.
Notify your stack the moment a chat is escalated.
Tag, assign, or re-prioritize when a human is requested.
Turn on voice or video calling and visitors can request a live session from the widget.

Closed conversations as a share of all conversations.
Average score across the conversations customers rated.

Capture leads and automate follow-up off real product events.
Send chat leads to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

Send events into Zapier without a partner app.
POST JSON to any HTTPS endpoint with optional HMAC signing.
The back-office modules a small support team ends up needing anyway.
Track captured leads and move deals through your own pipeline stages.

Run a points-and-tiers program with your own earn rate and rewards.
Write a campaign, pick a customer segment, and send it — up to 500 recipients per send.

Yes. The only capability that changes by plan is the widget badge — Free shows a linked SuperBot badge, Starter and Pro let you customize or remove it. Everything else is identical; plans differ by monthly conversation cap (Free 200, Starter 2,000, Pro unlimited).
Yes, through webhooks. SuperBot POSTs signed JSON to any HTTPS endpoint you configure on lead capture, form submission, conversation created, and escalation events — plus Zapier Catch Hooks if you'd rather not host anything. There is no visual REST-request builder in the dashboard.
Per workspace, not per seat. We don't bill per channel, per action, or per agent, and your whole team is included on every plan.
No. Installation is one script tag (or the Shopify or Wix app), and most integrations are a pasted API key or URL. Salesforce is the exception — it uses an OAuth connection.
Create a workspace, train the agent on your own content, test its answers, and publish the widget when your team is happy with it. No card, no trial clock.
