About this calculator
Where do these prices come from?
Each vendor's public pricing page, captured July 2026. Usage-billed tools (Intercom, Zendesk) are computed from their published per-resolution rates; seat-billed tools multiply by your team size. Always verify current pricing with each vendor before buying.
Why is SuperBot so much cheaper?
SuperBot bills one flat price per workspace — no per-seat fees, no per-resolution fees, no AI add-ons. Starter is $25/mo for 2,000 conversations (~$0.01 each) and Pro is $60/mo unlimited. The Free plan handles 200 conversations a month forever.
What counts as a conversation or resolution?
We treat one visitor thread as one conversation. Intercom and Zendesk bill per AI 'resolution' — we assume the AI resolves the share of threads you set with the automation-rate slider, which is how their billing actually accrues.
Is this calculator biased?
It's built by SuperBot, so check our math: every rate is shown inline and the formula is simply rate × your volume (+ seats where the vendor bills seats). If you find a pricing error, email [email protected] and we'll fix it same-day.
