Let visitors book you from the chat.
SuperBot connects to Calendly by storing your public scheduling link. Saving it turns on appointment booking in your widget settings, so when a visitor wants a call or appointment, SuperBot can share your Calendly link. Booking itself happens on Calendly.

How the Calendly integration works
Calendly is a link connector, not an event connector. SuperBot does not read your calendar, create bookings, or receive booking notifications. It saves the link, switches on appointment booking in your widget settings, and uses that link when a conversation is heading toward a meeting.
The personal access token is optional. If you add one, SuperBot uses it once, to confirm the token is valid when you connect or select “Send test”. It is not used to read events or invitees.

Connect Calendly to SuperBot
- Copy the public link of the Calendly event type visitors should book, for example https://calendly.com/your-name/30min.
- In SuperBot, open Dashboard → Integrations, find Calendly, and select Connect.
- Paste the link into “Scheduling link”. Only calendly.com links are accepted.
- Optionally paste a personal access token from Calendly → Integrations → API & webhooks, so SuperBot can confirm the account.
- Select “Connect & verify”. The link is saved and appointment booking is turned on in your widget settings.

Permissions and privacy
- No calendar permission is requested. SuperBot never sees your availability, invitees, or bookings.
- The optional token is encrypted and used only to call Calendly's “current user” endpoint for verification.
- The scheduling link is public by design and is shown to visitors in chat.
- Disconnect removes the saved connection and token.

Does SuperBot see my Calendly calendar?

Is the Calendly API token required?
No. The scheduling link is enough. The token only lets SuperBot confirm the Calendly account when you connect.
