Subscribe chat leads to a Kit form.
SuperBot connects to Kit (formerly ConvertKit) with an API key and a form ID. When a selected event includes an email, SuperBot subscribes that person to the form, with their name as the first name. Anything that form already does in Kit — incentive emails, sequences, tags — then applies as usual.

How the Kit integration works
Kit is form-first, so SuperBot plugs in exactly where a website sign-up form would: it subscribes the visitor to one form you pick. Your form's own settings in Kit decide what happens next, so check them before you connect.
When you connect, SuperBot lists the forms on your Kit account and confirms the form ID exists, so a typo fails immediately instead of silently dropping leads.

Connect Kit to SuperBot
- In Kit, copy your API key from Settings → Advanced.
- Open the form you want chat leads to join; the numeric form ID is in its URL.
- In SuperBot, open Dashboard → Integrations, find Kit, select Connect, and paste the API key and form ID.
- Under “Send these events”, keep “New lead captured” (and “Form submitted” if you use SuperBot forms). Events without an email are skipped.
- Select “Connect & verify”. SuperBot checks the key and that the form ID exists on your account.
- Use “Send test” and look for the sample subscriber on the form in Kit.

Permissions and privacy
- The API key is encrypted before storage and replaced with *** in the delivery summary SuperBot keeps.
- Only email and name are sent to Kit.
- SuperBot writes to one form. It does not read or edit your subscribers, tags, or sequences.
- Disconnect deletes the stored key.

Is this the same as the ConvertKit integration?
Yes. ConvertKit renamed itself Kit. The connector uses the same API key and form IDs.
Does SuperBot send Kit's confirmation email?
SuperBot does not send any email itself. It subscribes the visitor to your form, and the form's own settings in Kit decide whether a confirmation or incentive email goes out.
Can I add tags from SuperBot?
Not directly. Use a Kit form or automation that applies tags, or route events through Zapier or a webhook.
Why was my form ID rejected?
SuperBot checks that the form ID exists on the account the API key belongs to. Copy the numeric ID from the form's URL in Kit.
