Pipedrive integration · CRM
Put every chat lead in Pipedrive.
SuperBot connects to Pipedrive with your personal API token. Each event it sends creates a person in Pipedrive with the visitor's name, email, and phone, so a lead from chat is ready to attach to a deal.
- Personal API token
- SuperBot → Pipedrive (persons, write)
- Free, Starter & Pro
How the Pipedrive integration works
Pipedrive receives a new person for every event you select. SuperBot does not look up existing people first, so the event choice matters: selecting only “New lead captured” gives you one person per lead instead of one per conversation.
If a visitor gave no name, SuperBot uses their email as the person's name, and falls back to “Chat lead” when neither is known. Deals, activities, and organizations are left untouched.
- New lead captured
- Form submitted
- New conversation started
- Conversation escalated to a human
Highlighted: the events most teams keep for this connector. You choose per connection.

Connect Pipedrive to SuperBot
- In Pipedrive, open Settings → Personal preferences → API and copy your personal API token.
- In SuperBot, open Dashboard → Integrations, find Pipedrive, and select Connect.
- Paste the token into “API token”.
- Under “Send these events”, untick everything except “New lead captured” unless you want a person for every conversation.
- Select “Connect & verify”. SuperBot checks the token against Pipedrive's current-user endpoint before saving.
- Use “Send test” to create a sample person (Test Lead), check it in Pipedrive, then delete it.

Permissions and privacy
- A personal API token acts as your Pipedrive user, so SuperBot creates people with that user's access. It only ever calls the “current user” and “create person” endpoints.
- The token is encrypted before storage and is never returned to the browser or shown in the delivery summary.
- Only name, email, and phone are sent — no transcript, no company, no message.
- Disconnect deletes the stored token; regenerating the token in Pipedrive also cuts access.

Does SuperBot create deals in Pipedrive?
No. It creates a person. You decide in Pipedrive whether that person gets a deal.
Will I get duplicate people?
SuperBot does not search for existing people before creating one. Select only “New lead captured” to keep it to one person per captured lead.
What if the visitor gave no email?
Pipedrive still gets a person, named after the visitor, or “Chat lead” if no name was given. Email and phone are added only when present.
Where do I find my Pipedrive API token?
In Pipedrive under Settings → Personal preferences → API. Paste it into the Pipedrive connector in SuperBot's dashboard.
