Answers only from your published pages
Trained answers first, then your site and documents. When the answer isn't there, SuperBot says so and offers a person instead of improvising.
Clinics & healthcare practices
Patients reach for the chat before the phone: which location is open late, do I need a referral, is this a walk-in clinic, where do I park. SuperBot handles the operational questions from your published content and keeps anything clinical with your staff.
For clinics, SuperBot works best as a front-office assistant, not a clinical one. You train it on your locations, hours, services, referral rules and patient policies; it answers with the source shown, books appointment requests through Calendly or Cal.com where that fits your workflow, and hands off to staff with the full transcript. It is configured never to assess symptoms or give medical advice, and SuperBot does not claim HIPAA compliance, so the chat should stay non-clinical.
Visitor: Is the Eastside clinic open on Saturday? I need a travel vaccine appointment.
Agent: Eastside is open Saturdays 9amβ1pm. Travel vaccine visits are by appointment β I can show you the booking page, or take your details so the team can call you.
Visitor: Which vaccines do I need for Kenya?
Agent: I can't advise on which vaccines you need β a clinician will go through that at your travel consultation. Want me to open the booking page?
What visitors ask
And how the agent should handle each one β from your own content, or by handing it to a person.
Reads the hours for every site you list and names the ones open, including holiday exceptions you've added.
Explains your referral policy as written, by service, and when the patient should check with their insurer.
Answers per location and links to online check-in or booking where you offer it.
Gives the request process and form you publish; the request itself goes through your normal channel, not the chat.
Shares location services and the preparation instructions you publish, and adds your 'follow your clinician's instructions' caveat.
Never triaged. The agent gives your emergency wording (call your local emergency number) and flags the conversation.
Describes the virtual visit options you list and how to book them.
What it does
Every feature is on every plan, including the free one.
Every featureTrained answers first, then your site and documents. When the answer isn't there, SuperBot says so and offers a person instead of improvising.
Calendly or Cal.com work well for consultations, new-patient visits or clinics without their own online scheduling. Otherwise, link to your existing booking system.
Anything that needs a clinician or a records team goes to the shared inbox, with Slack alerts on escalation if you use Slack.
Directions, hours and preparation instructions in the patient's language, from the same reviewed answers.
Honest limits
SuperBot answers from trained answers and your content first. When nothing approved matches and confidence is low, the chat waits for a human. Set these limits as escalation rules and trained answers before you go live, then test them.
Setup checklist
Point SuperBot at your site, then make sure these are covered. Most of it is content you already have.
Every site's address, hours, holiday closures, parking and accessibility notes.
Which services, specialists, lab or imaging are available where, plus walk-in versus appointment rules.
The written policy, not individual cases β which services need referrals and which plans you accept.
How to request records, notes and refills through your official channels, with links.
A trained answer for urgent symptoms that points to emergency services, plus escalation rules that flag the chat.
A short greeting saying the assistant handles scheduling and general information only and cannot give medical advice.
FAQ
Something else about your setup? Talk to a human β a real person reads every message.
It shouldn't, and you configure it not to. Train it on operational content only and write escalation rules so any clinical question gets a hand-off or a pointer to your booking page. When no approved source matches, the agent says so instead of guessing.
SuperBot does not claim HIPAA compliance. Treat the chat as a non-clinical channel: ask patients not to share health details, and keep records, results and prescriptions in your patient portal. If your compliance programme requires particular agreements for tools that might receive patient information, confirm with [email protected] before going live.
You write the emergency answer β typically to call the local emergency number β and set an escalation rule so the conversation is flagged in the shared inbox. The agent never triages symptoms itself.
Yes. Train it on each location's page and it will answer location-specific questions about hours, services and directions from that content.
